Join us at our Artisanal Table for an evening where the cellar meets the kitchen in perfect harmony. Hosted by our craftsmen – proprietor Johnathan Grieve, winemaker Corne Marais and chef Dale Stevens – the evening is dedicated to La Luna, Avondale’s elegant Bordeaux-style blend.
Discover how the art of balance in winemaking finds its perfect partner in FABER’s seasonal, farm-to-fork creations. Enjoy a seat at chef Dale’s table for a three-course dinner thoughtfully paired with La Luna, creating a true dialogue between glass and plate.
