FABER Restaurant at Avondale Wine Estate is looking for two experienced hospitality professionals to join our team on 6-month fixed-term contracts:

• Food Pass & Service Coordinator
• Waiter

We’re looking for energetic, professional and guest-focused individuals who have relevant restaurant or hospitality experience, work well under pressure and take pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Both positions are based at FABER Restaurant in Paarl, and applicants should reside in the Paarl area or within easy travelling distance. Relevant hospitality experience is essential.

Food Pass & Service Coordinator

A hands-on service role coordinating the food pass, communication between kitchen and FOH, order timing, POS and guest bills, while supporting the wider restaurant team during service. – see JD

Waiter

Responsible for professional and attentive table service, managing a section during lunch and dinner, assisting with wine service and recommendations, and helping create a memorable FABER guest experience. – see JD

Contract: 6 months fixed-term
